Lucia took her first steps on April 19th! Emil and I were both here to watch her take those monumental strides. Emil was with her in the living room, showing her what to do, and when I joined them, she took Emil's instruction and a leap of faith, and stepped! She made it a few steps and plopped down. She continues to pull herself up, walk while holding the couch, wall, her little shopping cart, or whatever is in arms reach.
